A’FACTREE is a National Award-winning Architecture and Interior design firm in Kerala, founded in the year 2010 by Architect duo Arjun Rajan and Archana R. Arjun, with offices in Kochi and Kottayam and serving globally.
Our practice has evolved from its roots as a small studio into a large collaborative environment and our work covers projects in various building typologies spanning both public and private sectors, large and small.
At A’FACTREE, we believe that there’s a lot more to Architecture than what meets the eye – social commitment. Hence, we are dedicated to creating spaces that make a positive difference in the world helping people lead happier and healthier lives. Scale is never a measure of importance to us; whether a compact residence or a large public building, every project receives equal depth of thinking and care. It is the scope and quality of engagement that defines our work, not its size.
Our designs are evolved with ethos of honesty and sustainability. We begin by listening — to the client, the site, the context — before translating this understanding into spaces that are functional, emotive and enduring, thereby making every project unique of its own kind and timeless.
