A mixed-use development project that will explore the highest and best use of mixes for a project to be located at Moonamkutty, Kollam district of Kerala. The linearity in geometry of the site abutting the main road demanded an imposing and eye capturing image of the development and also aided in branding the property to its scale and grandeur.
